prewashing feeding elevator
The material can be poured into the hopper manually, and lifted to the peeling machine through the conveyor belt. The hopper is equipped with stone sinking equipment, which can soak and settle the sediment.
Potato washing peeling machine
Spiral peeling, using the friction between the brush and the material to peel, using the screw blade to advance, to achieve automatic continuous peeling, can be used with the production line.
strips cutting machine/slicing machine
This equipment can be used to complete the slicing or slicing of products. Different types of machines are equipped with different outputs, and the thickness and size can be customized.
rinsing machine
The cut/sliced material is cleaned to remove the starch on the surface, and the 304 stainless steel mesh belt is conveyed. The belt lifting device can lift the mesh belt, which is convenient for cleaning the bottom after the operation.
blanching machine
The material is blanched with warm water of 80-85 degrees to passivate the oxidase in the french fries, prevent the color deterioration, and play the role of color protection and greening. The temperature and time can be automatically adjusted, and the heat source can be electric, gas, biological particles, etc.
continuous frying machine
Using electricity, gas, biological particles and other heating methods, the thermal efficiency can reach more than 95%, the oil temperature can be adjusted from 0-220 degrees, the speed of the mesh belt can be adjusted, and the length of the equipment can be customized according to the output.
