Picking line:
To remove bad vegetables&fruits by human

1. Bubble washing machine
By the action of the high pressure water and strong bubble, the vegetables and fruits will be exploded, tumbled, cleaned and convoyed. The silt will sink to the bottom of the machine and will never go up to pollute the vegetables and fruit. The floating sundries, worms, hair and others will be collected and then taken away. The clean vegetable and fruits will be washed again by spraying cleaner above and then delivery to next process.

2.cutting machine
Purpose:Two types of cutting method,one for cutting root vegetables like:carrot,potato,onion etc.Another for cutting leaf vegetables like lettuce,celery,cabbage etc.It can cut vegetables into 3 shapes:stick,chips and cubes.
Features:The frame of the machine is MADE of SUS304 stainless steel, durable.Discharge port has a micro switch, safe operation.Can cut all kinds of vegetables.

3.dehydrator
Features:Frequency conversion technology and photoelectric sensing technology realize comprehensive control of dehydration time, dehydration speed, and start and stop, with safe operation, convenient operation and low vibration and noise.
The upper cover is fully open to the visual window structure design, and it is supported by an oil-gas hybrid shock-absorbing gas spring.
Frequency conversion adjustment mode and dehydration timing function, equipped with safety emergency stop switch.
Driven by a three-phase asynchronous brake motor with variable frequency speed regulation, the operation is stable and the speed is adjustable, and the maximum speed is 1000rpm.
